I have always been an idealist - determined to make a difference.
I started my career after graduate school as a college professor. However, when the opportunity to work on a significant change initiative for a well-known and respected corporation came my way, I couldn't resist. I left teaching and began my consulting career.
Over the next few years, I worked with some of the best leaders in the world's largest and most well-known corporations.
Fast forward a decade. An unwelcome setback led to an awareness that something was amiss. While I loved my work, I wasn't making the difference I desired.
I decided to change and accept the vulnerability that came with it.
I transformed myself and my career by finding a clear purpose based on the values I care about most.
The result: I rediscovered my passion for my work. Reinvigorated, I tackled challenges I still care deeply about. My work and my life are immensely fulfilling.
